BarreBurn

BarreBurn is a dynamic barre class that blends Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. This unique workout targets both upper and lower body muscles; combining large range of motion with small, isolated movements. Taught by Jocelyn Shultz.

Bootcamp

As the name suggests, Bootcamp is a class designed to make you WORK! Expect to come away from this class with a full body workout that includes cardio and strength-based exercises. If’s a fun one but you’ll definitely need a sweat towel! Taught by Keeley Papp.

Fit over 50

This class is geared towards adults over 50 and will focus on increasing strength, endurance and flexibility. Come prepared with suitable athletic apparel, footwear and a water bottle. Taught by Shania Meyer.

FUNctional Flow

This practice focuses on core integration; retraining habitual movement patterns and postural imbalances to move through fun and targeted sequences based on physiology, kinesiology, and neurology to challenge the body and the brain. Suitable for all levels. Taught by Meaghan Hawrysh.

Kids Fitness

Group fitness for ages 10+ with a focus on agility, conditioning, mobility and FUN!

LYT Slow Flow

This 60 minute class serves up a slower, less rigorous flow with attention to alignment, transitions and breath. Perfect for beginners or practiced yogis who want a change of pace or fine tuning. Taught by Meaghan Hawrysh

Pilates Fusion

Join us for an invigorating aerobic stretch class infused with the strength and fluid movements of Pilates. Designed to welcome all bodies and fitness levels, this class focuses on enhancing functional fitness through a blend of aerobic exercises and targeted stretches. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, you'll find a supportive environment that encourages wellness and improves flexibility, core strength, and over all mobility. Power / Prairie Power

This class uses a mixture of barbells, kettlebells, bands and body weight with the goal of building strength and improving conditioning. Modifications will be available to make this class suitable for all fitness levels. Come prepared with a full water bottle and a sweat towel. Taught by Kim Nicholls and Treena Turgeon.

Spin 30 / Spin 45

Torch calories in a 30- or 45-minute indoor cycling class set to powerful and motivating music. Come prepared to sweat! You’ll need a full water bottle, proper footwear and a sweat towel. Our bikes are equipped to accommodate indoor cycling shoes with Shimano® SPD® cleats. But your regular gym shoes will work excellent as well. Remember, this is YOUR class! You can modify your tension and speed to meet you wherever you are at on any particular day. Taught by Rachel Murray, Kira Nelson, Shania Meyer and Kim Nicholls.

Step45 (Occasional Pop-up Class)

Step45 is a 45-minute aerobic class that makes cardio fun! Follow the instructors choreographed step routine to strengthen your lower body and improve conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels. Taught by Kim Nicholls.

Stretch and Release

Stretch & Release is bliss and relaxation! We will focus on stretching those tired/sore/tight muscles as well as work on increasing range of motion and mobility in those joints. Shoes are not a requirement for this class but feel free to wear shoes if that makes you more comfortable. Taught by Shania Meyer.

Sunrise Flow

A progressive stretching class that starts at beginner level focusing on personal flexibility goals. We will flow through various postures to add strength and flexibility to your existing routines. Taught by Nicole Bangs.

Team Training

This is a program for anyone who would like to learn how to build strength and coordination. The focus is on learning how to use the gym equipment as well as performing body weight exercises with proper form. Personal Training in a fun and supportive group setting!
